ORDER & PRODUCTION
All pieces are produced exclusively for each order and handcrafted in our atelier.
Production begins after the order is placed and confirmed through our system.
Each order represents time, materials, and craftsmanship allocated specifically for the client.
Before placing an order, please carefully review your measurements using our Size Chart.
If you have any questions or doubts regarding sizing, please contact us via the website chat prior to ordering.
PRODUCTION TIME
Standard production time is 7–14 business days, depending on the model and current workload.
Some designs, limited pieces, or special requests may require additional time.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for the handmade process.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from our atelier in Bali, Indonesia.
We ship worldwide using DHL, FedEx, UrShipper, and EMS, depending on destination and service availability.
Estimated delivery times:
•United States: 3–5 business days
•Europe: 6–8 business days
•All other countries: 8–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance and local carrier conditions.
Tracking information is provided once the shipment is dispatched and becomes active online.
TAXES & DUTIES
Orders are not subject to sales tax.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
For international shipping purposes, orders are declared in accordance with standard shipping and customs procedures to ensure smooth processing.
RETURNS
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must be approved by our team prior to any return shipment.
Items may only be returned after receiving return instructions and confirmation from us.
Unapproved returns or parcels sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all original packaging intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom-made items, special requests, and personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
Items purchased during sale or discount promotions are final sale.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued only after an approved return has been received and inspected by our team.
Returned items must meet all return conditions to be eligible for a refund.
Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred on returned shipments are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
CUSTOM ORDERS & ADJUSTMENTS
Some models may be customized or adjusted upon request, including changes to heel height, color, or specific details.
All customization requests must be discussed and confirmed in advance, prior to placing an order.
