Shipping
We are shipping our products worldwide with DHL , USPS & EMS – Tracking number will be provided after shipping the order (if customer requests) .
Express Worldwide shipping [2-4 days ] orders over 1000 €.
Normal Worldwide shipping [8-10 days] on all orders over 300€.
The package will be shipped to the address customer have stated as shipping address. if customer changes the address, please let us know before we send you your package .
All orders will ship within 5-7 business days from the complicated date, depends on the shipping company .
Sales Tax
Returns
If customer want to return the product He/She must pay for return shipping cost , customer should make sure that the goods are securely wrapped and undamaged as it was shipped, customer must be responsible in case of loss or damage to the product during transport in. The products may be returned within 7 days after delivery by dispatching the package through the carrier used when delivering the order .
Important: Please notice , items which are sold within SALE/Discount promotions takes little bit longer to process and can’t be subject of return . Please respect creating process and craftsmen ship therefor each product takes time and energy to be absolute and unique .
Refunds
When we receive the goods, we inspect it if customer actually used goods or somehow damaged while it were responsible for it refund will be cancelled . after inspection if product is undamaged , customer will get back the amount it have paid to store upon purchase (excluding freight cost).
If the return package will be subjected duty tax by Indonesian customs this amount will be covered by customers refund funds.
The amount is always transferred to the same way as purchase was made .
