ORDER & PRODUCTION
Most NUTSA MODEBADZE pieces are handcrafted after an order is placed.
Production begins once the order has been confirmed. Standard production time is 7–10 business days and may vary depending on the model and current atelier workload.
Certain designs, limited pieces, and special requests may require additional time.
Before placing an order, please check your measurements using our Size Chart. If you need help selecting your size, contact us through the website chat or at contact@nutsamodebadze.com.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Certain models may be modified upon request. Customization options may include heel height, color, individual measurements, or specific construction details.
All modifications must be discussed and confirmed before placing an order.
COMPLIMENTARY WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Standard international shipping is complimentary on all orders.
All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia, via DHL, FedEx, EMS, or another trusted international courier.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
United States: 3–5 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Other international destinations: 5–10 business days
Production time is not included in the estimated delivery time.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Express or special delivery services may incur an additional charge.
TAXES & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges.
These charges are not included in the order price and are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country. Payment of these charges is the customer’s responsibility.
NUTSA MODEBADZE is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by the destination country.
